Here you'll learn all about my problems with Barnholtz Entertainment. We signed a contract in 1999 and he later asked us to redo one after he signed a deal with Artisan Entertainment in 2001. My partner and I angrily and hesistantly agreed after he warned us that he'll postponed the movie's release date to a year. Once the movie was released everything changed for the worst. He never paid our guarantee money on time. He hasn't reported a credible report or statement on "Drive By"s income report to us and it has been past a year. He didn't even notify us about the HBO Latino premiere on November 2002 and we have not yet received any remittance from him. He has not been fair and honest about the gross reports and percentages.
"Drive By" has made a lot of money for them and was one of the most successful video premieres of 2002 and yet we have not received our total share of the profits. From the profits he's buying and financing new films at our own expense. This is an injustice and I'm mad as hell!
